Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a local client!

Are you a dependable, hands-on individual with experience handling general repairs and maintenance projects? We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with a variety of handyman-style projects and facility maintenance tasks.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities

• Perform minor plumbing repairs, including replacing leaky faucets and repairing toilet components.
• Complete basic electrical tasks and fixture replacements.
• Install appliances and equipment, such as built-in microwaves.
• Troubleshoot and address general maintenance issues.
• Perform routine repairs and preventative maintenance as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and functional work environment.
• Assist with other handyman and facility maintenance projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, handyman, facilities, or repair experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and dependable.
