Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring Carpenter Framers for a local client on a 2-month commercial construction project.

Pay

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Based on experience and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform commercial framing and rough carpentry duties.
• Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Complete layout work and accurate measurements for framing projects.
• Install and assemble framing components according to project requirements.
• Work efficiently and safely in an active construction environment.
• Collaborate with project supervisors and team members to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company and job site safety procedures.

Preferred Experience

• Commercial framing experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
• Experience with layout and measurement techniques.
• General rough carpentry skills.
• Experience with metal stud framing preferred.
• Experience installing drywall, doors, frames, and hardware is a plus.
• Knowledge of backing, blocking, and interior build-outs preferred.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
