Circulation Sales Specialist

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Circulation Sales Specialist for a local client in Northwest Montana. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, outgoing individual who enjoys building relationships, meeting goals, and earning commission on top of a competitive hourly wage.

Pay

• $18-$19/hour DOE
• Commission

Responsibilities

• Generate new print and digital subscription sales through outbound calls, prospecting, and community outreach
• Identify and develop new customer opportunities
• Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community members
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email
• Promote subscription packages and special offers
• Meet monthly sales and activity goals
• Maintain accurate customer and prospect records
• Assist with customer retention and re-engagement campaigns
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, call center, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and asking for the sale
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and competitive
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and customer management software
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but paid training is available for the right candidate
