- Training provided on Wednesday and Thursday
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with deli closing duties
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and food preparation spaces
- Perform basic food preparation and prep cooking tasks
- Stock and organize ingredients and supplies
- Prepare the deli for the next day's operations
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work efficiently as part of a team to ensure all closing responsibilities are completed
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
- Reliable and dependable work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and food safety procedures
- Previous food service, kitchen, or deli experience is helpful but not required
