Job Responsibilities
- Install residential equipment at customer locations
- Evaluate installation sites and determine the most effective setup for the customer's needs
- Perform basic plumbing connections and modifications as needed
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and make adjustments in the field
- Test equipment, inspect for proper operation, and ensure quality workmanship
- Educate customers on equipment operation and answer questions
- Maintain a clean and professional work area before, during, and after installations
- Identify opportunities for additional products and services that benefit customers
Qualifications
- Clean driving record required
- Basic plumbing knowledge and skills
- Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting abilities
- Experience using hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
