Customer Experience Specialist (Part-Time / On-Call)
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Customer Experience Specialist for a local financial services client. We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented individual who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and providing exceptional service. This position serves as a key first point of contact and plays an important role in creating a positive customer experience while supporting day-to-day branch operations.
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time, On-Call
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in a professional and friendly manner
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers and visitors
- Assist with administrative and clerical duties to support daily operations
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through a service-focused approach
- Process information accurately while maintaining confidentiality
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Prioritize multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Previous banking or financial institution experience is helpful
- Minimum of 1 year of clerical or administrative experience
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with common office software
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Must be bondable
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Additional education or certifications in financial services are a plus
Physical Requirements
- Frequent use of hands and wrists for typing and handling documents
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods as needed
- Occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds
