General Labor 

Express Employment Professionals is hiring General Laborers for a local residential construction company. We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals with previous construction experience who are interested in expanding their skills and growing their knowledge within the construction industry.

Pay: $25.00/hour
Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week (4/10's)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with various residential construction projects
• Perform general labor duties on active job sites
• Safely use basic hand tools, power tools, carpentry equipment, and shovels
• Assist with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
• Follow directions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Support construction crews with day-to-day project needs

Qualifications

• Previous construction experience required
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Interested in expanding construction knowledge and skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Positive attitude and commitment to quality work

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor throughout the workday
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
