Loan Operations Processor
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Loan Operations Processor for a local financial institution. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with loan processing experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service and support to lending staff.
Pay
$21.00/hour
Responsibilities
- Process construction draws and insurance payouts.
- Process FBO account draws and maintain accurate records.
- Collect W-9 information and assist with 1099 reporting.
- Prepare lien waivers and coordinate with construction inspectors.
- Update loan files with insurance information and loan note changes.
- Monitor loan balances and prepare payoff quotes.
- Review loan transactions and note exceptions.
- Balance multiple general ledger accounts.
- Provide support to lending staff with loan servicing and processing activities.
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries.
- Review coupon orders and prepare adverse action notices.
- Perform loan monitoring activities.
- Balance Private Mortgage Insurance (MGIC) monthly and send annual notices.
- Review appraisals and certified market analyses.
- Prepare daily morning reports.
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Previous loan processing or related banking experience required.
- Knowledge of banking products and services.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to accuracy.
- Proficiency in a Windows-based computer environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Skills & Equipment Used
- Computers, scanners, printers, fax machines, copiers, calculators, and other standard office equipment.
- Data entry and loan processing systems.
- Microsoft Office applications.
