Full-Time Bank Teller

Pay: $18.20/hour
Job Duties
- Cash checks and process deposits
- Handle a variety of banking transactions, including loan payments, credit card advances, and traveler's checks
- Refer customers to additional bank products and services when appropriate
- Provide outstanding customer service and build positive customer relationships
- Greet customers with a smile and assist them professionally and efficiently
- Take extra measures to ensure customer satisfaction
- Participate in community service-related events
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous customer service experience required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- One year of banking experience
