Location: Belleville, NJ
Schedule: Monday to Friday 4:00pm to 7:00pm
Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

Job Description

We are seeking a CNC Milling operator to join our team in Belleville, NJ. In this role, you will:

Configure milling machines by selecting appropriate tools, setting machine parameters, and performing test runs to ensure accuracy.
Continuously oversee the milling process, making adjustments to machine settings to maintain product quality and consistency.
Inspect raw materials and finished products for defects, ensuring they meet specified standards and blueprints.
Perform routine maintenance, such as cleaning and minor repairs, to keep equipment in excellent working condition and prevent breakdowns.
Identify and resolve operational issues or equipment malfunctions to ensure efficient production.
Follow all safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
Maintain logs and production records, reporting output and any issues encountered.
Load raw materials and unload finished products,
Other tasks as needed

Requirements

Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, CAD designs, and work orders to set up machines correctly
The ability to identify and resolve problems with machinery and processes.
A deep commitment to following safety procedures.
Essential for taking measurements and performing calculations.
Be able to lift up to 50lb
