Support drivers during the check-in process at the Operations window and coordinate order fulfillment activities with yard personnel.

Process and manage inventory transfers between company locations, ensuring accurate documentation and timely completion.

Prepare and submit customs documentation by gathering article numbers, product descriptions, costs, weights, material composition, and country of origin information through Profield and Brand On-Line systems.

Obtain and evaluate freight quotations, coordinate transportation arrangements for transfers and vendor shipments, and prepare Bills of Lading as required.

Respond to Customer Service Representative (CSR) inquiries regarding order status, shipment tracking, and fulfillment updates.

Coordinate daily transportation schedules and activities for company drivers, arranging third-party cartage services when necessary.

Assist in the creation, processing, and fulfillment of stock transfer orders.

Verify receipt of goods, review vendor invoices for accuracy, and update transactions within Profield.

Enter shipped and returned quantities into delivery documentation and maintain accurate inventory records.

Validate shipping and receiving transactions by confirming goods issued and goods received.

Source equipment and materials from internal company locations when requested by the Operations Manager.

Secure multiple freight quotes and coordinate transportation services to optimize shipping and receiving costs.

Create and process inventory movement transactions, including assembly, disassembly, repair, and damaged goods activities.

Maintain a strong working knowledge of inventory control procedures, logistics operations, and Microsoft Excel.

Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by the Operations Manager and/or Branch Manager.
