Job Full Description
Our client in Edison is in need of a Business to Business Sales Rep on a direct hire basis
? Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold outreach and field engagement
? Conduct in-person visits and deliver tailored sales presentations to potential clients
? Develop proposals aligned with customer needs and business goals
? Manage the full sales cycle, including negotiation and closing (typical 1–3 month
cycle)
? Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts
? Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance using CRM systems
? Stay informed on market trends to identify new business opportunities
? Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively communicate value to customers
? Prepare sales reports and updates for internal review
? Travel within assigned territories (company or personal vehicle required)

Basic Qualifications
? 2+ years of B2B sales or relevant professional experience

? Bilingual in English and Chinese, Vietnamese, or Spanish
? Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and modern communication
tools
