We have a client in Wantage looking for a Bond Technician!  Our client specializes in polymer solutions, producing components for various industries. Their expertise in rubber-to-metal bonding ensures the reliability and performance of critical parts.

Shifts: Morning and Evening

🧰 Key Responsibilities

• Surface Preparation: Clean and prepare metal and rubber surfaces to ensure optimal adhesion.​

• Adhesive Application: Apply bonding agents or adhesives to components, ensuring even coverage and proper curing.​

• Assembly: Align and assemble parts accurately to maintain product specifications.​

• Quality Control: Inspect bonded assemblies for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.​

• Equipment Operation: Operate bonding machines and tools safely and efficiently.​

• Documentation: Maintain records of production batches, materials used, and inspection results.​

✅ Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in adhesive bonding or a manufacturing environment is beneficial.​

• Skills: Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to read technical drawings.​

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.​

• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.​
