Job Full Description

• Supervise daily floor operations to ensure efficient workflow and meet production targets

• Coordinate and delegate tasks among team members to optimize productivity

• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records for incoming and outgoing shipments

• Enforce safety and quality standards, promoting compliance with company policies

• Train and mentor new associates on processes, equipment use, and safety protocols

• Communicate with management to report progress, issues, and improvement opportunities

• Assist in troubleshooting operational problems to minimize downtime and delays
