Job Full Description

• Supervise day-to-day operations in a temperature-controlled environment to ensure proper handling, storage, and distribution of dairy products.
  - Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards (HACCP), cleanliness protocols, and cold chain integrity.
  - Lead and train a team of 15 warehouse associates and forklift operators, ensuring safe equipment operation and compliance with OSHA guidelines.
  - Manage inventory using WMS to track stock rotation (FIFO), minimize waste, and ensure accuracy.
  - Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, optimizing space utilization and minimizing product dwell time.
  - Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor product temperature, storage conditions, and employee PPE compliance.
  - Drive continuous improvement initiatives using 5S and lean practices to improve workflow and reduce downtime.
  - Collaborate cross-functionally with quality assurance, production, and logistics teams to meet daily KPIs and customer requirements.
