What You'll Do

• Handle the full hiring process: posting jobs, reviewing resumes, interviews, and onboarding

• Keep track of applicants and open roles

• Work with managers to fill positions quickly

• Run new hire orientation and collect all required paperwork

• Go to job fairs and local events to recruit

• Help with employee issues, performance reviews, and policy enforcement

• Step in to support HR team when needed

• Keep accurate records and ensure legal compliance

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or similar

• 3–5 years of HR and recruiting experience

• Great communication and organization skills

• Confident speaking in public and working with different teams

• Skilled in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Professional, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential info
