Location: Franklin, NJ
Pay rate: $16/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Job Description
- Essentially the blenders are responsible for “blending” the powdered raw materials that go into our finished products. For example, if you were baking a cake, they would be responsible for mixing the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, etc., but just on a really, really large scale.
- It requires heavy lifting all day (50 LBS), and there is paperwork that they will be responsible for.
- must not discuss their pay with anyone, as it is a highly FDA regulated position.
- The right person will get pay increases and be brought on perm. Willing to train the right people.
Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs occasionally.
- Must have a valid non-CDL driver’s license
- Must be willing to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen and participate in on-going random drug screen program
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
