Electronic Assembler/Inspector November 12, 2025

Pay: $17/hr

Job Full Description

Responsibilities:

• Ensure wire harnesses and other assembled products match schematics; train workers as needed

• Perform complete visual inspections of assembled products

• Conduct electronic testing to verify functionality and quality

• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics accurately

• Inspect electro-mechanical, panel, and cable assemblies

• Perform first article and final inspections for in-house assemblies

• Utilize soldering skills to assemble and repair components

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, computer proficiency, and organizational ability

• Solve production issues and ensure all work meets quality standards

• Work independently while maintaining communication and collaboration with team members

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in electronic assembly, inspection, or testing

• Ability to read schematics and follow technical instructions

• Proficiency with soldering and use of hand tools

• Associate’s degree in Electronics or equivalent hands-on experience preferred

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
