As a Assembly Technician you will specialize in installing, inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining overhead cranes, hoists, and related lifting equipment.

Responsibilities for the Assembly Technician position include:
- Assembly Operations: Perform manual or machine-assisted assembly of products, subassemblies, and component.
- Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and work orders to ensure accurate assembly.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished assemblies for defects and conduct functional tests to verify performance.
- Tool Usage: Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot various hand tools, power tools, and automated manufacturing equipment.
- Documentation & Safety: Maintain production records, report inventory levels, and adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements for the Assembly Technician position:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using tools and interpreting technical specifications.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects (often up to 50 lbs).
- Attention to Detail: High level of precision to ensure quality and prevent errors.
- Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent is typically required; experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
