Class A Driver
Express of West Seneca has partnered with a Distribution company in the West Seneca area to fill an immediate need for a full-time Class A Driver. Full time Monday - Friday 1st shift
$28.11/hr to start
Responsibilities include:
- Class A driver’s license & DOT Card must be up to date.
- May be required to load and unload product, use of forklift or pallet jack.
- Planning routes to meet delivery deadlines.
- Supervising or assisting with loading and unloading goods,
- Ensuring their truck is well maintained and safe to drive.
- Work in the warehouse as needed.
Successful candidates for this position have these abilities/ experience:
- Transporting goods to and from a variety of locations, ensuring their punctual delivery and optimal condition on arrival.
- Loading and unloading goods – at times strenuous physical labor.
- Completion and management of all documentation related to deliveries, including manifests, PODs, etc.
- Always driving in a legal and professional manner, keeping in mind the reputation of the organization.
- Always providing professional customer service.
