Express Employment of West Seneca has partnered with a great company in the West Seneca area to fill an immediate need for a full-time Customer Care Specialist. This is your opportunity to get your foot in the door with a great company that values their employees!
$17-$21/hr. Full time, Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm
Responsibilities for the Customer Service Specialist Position include:
- Log new orders
- Process orders on the computer
- Process paperwork
- Able to answer and route incoming phone calls
Requirements for the Customer Service Specialist Position include:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency; experience with MS Word
- Excellent organizational skills
- Customer service experience
