CDL Class B Driver

Pay - $20-$22/hr
Express Pros of West Seneca has partnered with a local manufacturing company located n the Cheektowaga area looking to fill a CDL B driving position.
Position Summary
We are seeking reliable, safety-focused CDL Class B Drivers to join our team .The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of products and materials to customer locations while maintaining compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies. Drivers must demonstrate excellent customer service, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety.
Essential Responsibilities
- Operate a CDL Class B commercial vehicle safely and efficiently.
- Conduct pre-trip, post-trip, and daily vehicle inspections.
- Load, unload, and secure cargo as required.
- Deliver products to designated customer locations according to established routes and schedules.
- Maintain accurate driver logs, delivery records, and DOT documentation.
- Follow all federal, state, local, and company safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and customers.
- Report vehicle maintenance issues, accidents, or delays promptly.
- Keep vehicles clean and presentable.
- Assist with warehouse duties, material handling, or other operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications Required
- Valid CDL Class B driver's license.
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Clean driving record and ability to meet company insurance requirements.
- Ability to pass DOT drug screening and background check.
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to enter and exit vehicle multiple times throughout the shift.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
