Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Welder / Paint Technician to join our team. This position combines welding, fabrication, surface preparation, and painting duties. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with metal fabrication, repairs, grinding, sanding, and applying quality finishes to completed projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding as required
- Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
- Grind, sand, and prepare surfaces for painting
- Apply paint, primer, and protective coatings
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures
Qualifications
- Previous welding and fabrication experience required
- Experience with industrial painting, automotive painting, or body work preferred
- Ability to read measuring tools and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
