Tasting Room Associate
Location: Hammondsport, NY 14840
Pay: $15.50/hour + Tips
Schedule: Temporary through November | Must be available weekends and holidays
Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Tasting Room Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming environment for guests while ensuring exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness standards within the tasting room.

Handle cash and process transactions through the Point of Sale system.

Pour wine by the glass and serve wine flights in the outdoor area.

Stock the tasting room with wine and merchandise daily.

Consistently lift up to 36 pounds throughout the day.

Adapt to a variety of daily tasks as needed.

Provide excellent customer service with a personable, upbeat demeanor.
Qualifications:

Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred.

Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting and stocking.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
