Job Title: Office Manager
Pay Rate: $22 – $30 per hour (based on experience)
Location: Elmira, NY
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
About the Role:
Our client, a well-established construction company in Elmira, NY, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative and financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- Prepare and process payroll
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
- Provide administrative support to leadership and project teams
- Ensure smooth daily office operations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Bookkeeper, or similar role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Tax support
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
