Job Title: Handyman
Location: Elmira, NY
Pay Rate: $18–$22/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, skilled Handyman to assist with small construction projects, property maintenance, and general repairs. This role requires a hands-on approach, versatility across trades, and the ability to safely lift, move, and work for extended periods standing or walking.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform general property maintenance, repairs, and small construction tasks

Work with drywall, carpentry, and other trades as needed

Assist with moving materials, lifting, and setting up work areas

Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner

Report any issues or repair needs promptly
Qualifications:

Experience in carpentry, drywall, or other construction trades preferred

Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and moving materials

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
