Position: Production Associate
Location: Westfield, PA
Shift: Day Shift
Pay: $15–$16 per hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking Production Associates to support various manufacturing tasks including assembly, material prep, equipment operation, molding, inspection, and documentation. Candidates must maintain strong attention to quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow detailed work instructions, diagrams, and SOPs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Inspect materials and products for defects and notify supervisors as needed
- Accurately record production data and materials used
- Use hand tools, measuring tools, and production equipment
- Perform tasks such as cutting, stripping, twisting, tinning, labeling, soldering, testing, assembling, and packing
- Operate molding machines and complete computer/paper-based records
- Match raw materials to job requirements and load components into molds
- Monitor machine temperature, cycle times, and product quality
- Identify and troubleshoot common molding or assembly defects
- Meet or exceed production and efficiency goals
- Inspect materials prior to molding or assembly
- Work independently or as part of a team
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Ability to read and follow written instructions, diagrams, and measurements
- Basic math skills (fractions, addition, subtraction, etc.)
- Ability to use basic tools and computers
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
