Retail Sales Associate
$16.00/Hour | Rotating Shift
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Assist customers with purchases and product questions.
- Operate the register and accurately process transactions.
- Stock merchandise and maintain organized displays.
- Help keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Follow company policies and work collaboratively with team members.
- Complete additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
- Willingness to learn and be trained.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, respectful, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work a rotating schedule, including weekends.
Dress Code
Casual attire is permitted, including:
- Jeans or knee-length shorts
- T-shirts, crew necks, or sweaters
- Sneakers
Not permitted:
- Tank tops
- Spaghetti straps
- Hoodies
