Responsibilities
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and safety
- Create and maintain work instructions, visual aids, and production documentation
- Support tooling, fixtures, jigs, and assembly aids
- Set up and troubleshoot production equipment
- Assist with root cause analysis and process improvements
- Support Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with quality inspections and process verification
- Train operators on new equipment, tools, and procedures
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documentation
- Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- CAD and process documentation experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
