The Specialized Recruiting Group, a division of Express Employment Professionals is sourcing for a Construction Project Manager in Ithaca, NY. This position is responsible for leading, directing, and managing all facets of a construction project. This includes overseeing project budgets, schedules, and quality control. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree  in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven experience in managing projects from initiation to closeout.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Aconex, Microsoft Project).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is a plus.
