Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is working with a local company in their search for an experienced Inspector/Auditor for their housing program.
In this role you will work directly with homeowners to assess housing conditions and support rehabilitation and energy-efficiency projects from evaluation through completion.
Key Responsibilities

Assess homes to identify needed repairs and energy improvements

Develop written work scopes, specifications, and cost estimates

Partner with homeowners and funding sources to determine project plans

Conduct inspections and provide construction oversight

Recommend project expenditures up to $50,000

Ensure compliance with rehabilitation and energy program regulations

Maintain regular communication with program clients

Advocate for rehabilitation and energy conservation services

Review Lead-Based Paint Risk Assessments and update work scopes to address lead hazards
