Express Employment is working with a local company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Assembly Associate to assist with the assembly of custom products.
This role involves operating assembly equipment, including epoxy casting machines, and supporting daily production needs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities

Assemble products according to provided layout sheets

Operate assembly equipment, including epoxy casting machines

Pull and prepare stock for customer orders, including light material handling

Accurately record factory and printing damages on log sheets
-
Ensure correct quantities are packaged and shipped for each order

Perform quality checks to verify logo placement, color accuracy, and overall product quality

Maintain a clean and organized work area
-
Assist with additional production tasks as needed
-
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Requirements

Previous production or assembly experience preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Strong attention to detail and quality control
-
Basic math skills
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Valid New York State driver’s license

Reliable transportation required
