We’re hiring a Part-Time Office Admin!
If you enjoy keeping things organized, supporting day-to-day operations, and working across teams, this could be a great fit.
?? Role: Office Administrator (Part-Time)
?? Pay: $20–$24/hour
This is a hands-on role supporting order entry, purchasing, and accounting functions across the business.
What you’ll do:
• Manage sales inbox and enter customer orders
• Create order and shipping paperwork in ERP
• Receive parts and route for quality inspection
• Track and follow up on open purchase orders
• Match packing lists to invoices (AP support)
• Enter AP invoices and assist with AR billing/collections
• Monitor accounting inbox
• Maintain office supplies
What we’re looking for:
• 2+ years of admin, accounting, or operations experience
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Clear communication and reliability
• QuickBooks experience required
• ERP experience preferred
• Manufacturing experience is a plus
