Recycling Specialist
Pay: $17–$19/hr
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Recycling Specialist to join a growing warehouse team. This hands-on position focuses on processing end-of-life equipment, sorting recyclable materials, and preparing shipments in a safe and efficient environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process and handle end-of-life equipment for recycling
- Sort, separate, and dismantle materials for proper recycling or disposal
- Load and unload inbound and outbound materials
- Organize materials and maintain a clean, safe work area
- Follow company safety procedures and environmental guidelines
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse, recycling, manufacturing, or labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically active work throughout the shift
- Comfortable using hand tools to dismantle equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required
