CNC Operator / Programmer
Pay: $22–$28/hr, based on experience
We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator / Programmer to join a growing manufacturing team in the Rochester area. The ideal candidate will have 1–2+ years of CNC machining experience and experience working specifically with Hahn machines.
Responsibilities
- Operate and program CNC machinery to produce parts according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Make machine/program adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished parts using standard measuring tools
- Monitor production for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot basic machining or programming issues
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of CNC operating/programming experience required
- Experience with Hahn machines required
- CNC setup experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and maintain quality standards
Pay: $22–$28/hr based on experience
