CNC Machinist
Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Machinist to join a growing manufacturing team in the Rochester area! We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong machining skills, the ability to read blueprints, and a commitment to producing high-quality precision parts.
Job Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture precision parts and components.

Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.

Monitor machining operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain accuracy and quality.

Use precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges, to verify part dimensions.

Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards.

Identify and troubleshoot machining issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.

Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Qualifications:

Previous CNC machining experience required.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Experience using precision measuring instruments.

Knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and quality control procedures.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
