Job Description
Express Employment Professionals is partnering with an established e-commerce company to recruit an experienced Digital Advertising Specialist to join their marketing team.
We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven professional with hands-on experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Google Ads, Meta Ads, paid social media, and e-commerce advertising, with the ability to develop, manage, and optimize campaigns that drive website traffic, customer acquisition, and online sales.
This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys analyzing campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and working collaboratively with marketing and creative teams.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Pinterest, Reddit, and other digital platforms.

Manage paid search, Google Shopping, Performance Max, display, remarketing, and paid social campaigns.

Plan advertising strategies for product launches, promotions, seasonal sales, and customer acquisition.

Monitor campaign budgets, audience targeting, keywords, and advertising performance.

Analyze key performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and revenue.

Adjust campaigns to improve performance, maximize advertising spend, and increase conversions.

Collaborate with marketing, creative, and content teams to develop effective advertising materials.

Support sponsored content, media placements, and additional paid advertising opportunities.

Prepare campaign performance reports and provide recommendations to leadership.

Stay current with digital advertising trends, platform updates, and e-commerce best practices.

Manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and advertising priorities simultaneously.
Qualifications
Required:

Minimum 3 years of professional experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns.

Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

Experience managing paid search, shopping, display, and social media advertising.

Understanding of digital advertising performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.

Ability to analyze campaign data and make strategic adjustments to improve results.

Experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing campaign performance.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a marketing team.
Preferred:

Previous digital advertising experience within an e-commerce or retail environment.

Experience with Pinterest Ads and Reddit Ads.
