Job Full Description
Our client is currently seeking an office member with the ability to ensure our customers’ needs are met with exceptional customer service. The office member will schedule appointments based on location of customers and technicians, update customers and technicians during the day and ensure all scheduled service calls are running smoothly.
- Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
- Scheduling/Dispatching Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
- Appointment scheduling using a dispatching software
- Answering incoming calls
- Supports technicians and other office staff to efficiently assist our customers
- Ensures that all calls are handled in a timely, courteous manner
- Outstanding follow-through and follow up skills
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to organize and manage multiple tasks at once
- Demonstrated competency in Windows-based PC environment, keyboarding proficiency, internet savvy, and use of automated systems
- Ability to fluently speak, read, and write in the English language
- HS Diploma or GED
