Job Full Description
Receptionist plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to residents, applicants, and visitors. This position involves managing front-office operations, assisting with housing applications, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Operations: Greet and assist visitors, answer multi-line phone systems, direct calls, and take messages.

Resident & Applicant Assistance: Provide information on housing programs, assist with application processes, and guide clients through required documentation.

Document Management: Maintain and organize resident files, process incoming and outgoing mail, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

Administrative Support: Schedule appointments, prepare correspondence, and assist with data entry and filing systems.

Office Equipment Management: Operate standard office equipment, including computers, copiers, and fax machines.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with housing staff to ensure smooth operations and address client needs promptly.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.

Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a housing or public service setting.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
