Order Entry & Estimating:
Accurately enter customer orders into the company’s system, ensuring all details related to quantity, specifications, and deadlines are precise. Assist in estimating project costs, including labor, materials, and time required, while communicating estimates with clients for approval.

Electronic Prepress:
Work closely with the prepress department to ensure all customer files are prepared accurately for printing. Troubleshoot any file issues, provide feedback to customers, and ensure artwork meets production standards.

Project Coordination:
Collaborate with production and sales teams to ensure smooth workflow from order initiation through to final delivery. Monitor project status and keep customers informed of any changes or delays.

Production Insight:
Leverage your printing manufacturing or production experience to ensure all orders meet quality and design specifications. Participate in production meetings to communicate client expectations and help resolve potential production challenges.
