Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Use appropriate tools and test instruments to diagnose, isolate, and correct malfunctions.

Perform emergency repairs promptly to minimize downtime and production delays.

Complete preventative maintenance tasks and work orders as assigned.

Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment and systems.
-
Demonstrate expertise with AC and DC systems, including voltages up to 600VAC and 1000VDC.

Install and maintain electrical systems in accordance with NFPA 70 – National Electrical Code.

Replace conduit, wiring, fuses, and circuit breakers as needed.
-
Work with DC motors up to 500VDC, including permanent magnet, shunt-wound, and other configurations.

Apply Ohm’s Law for advanced troubleshooting of electrical issues.

Perform insulation tests on motors and wiring using a megger with 1000VDC test voltage.

Connect and configure three-phase motors (wye start/delta run, two-speed, 6-, 9-, and 12-lead) for voltages including 240VAC, 380VAC, 400VAC, 480VAC, and 600VAC.

Correctly connect and tap transformers (single- and three-phase, step-up/step-down, buck-boost, wye/delta) for voltages including 12VAC to 600VAC.

Follow all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, when working on high-voltage equipment.

Complete assignments with minimal supervision.

Support activities required to maintain ISO certification.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
