Bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales & Account Manager | Direct Hire!
Mason, OH | 1st Shift | $48-55K Based on Experience
Express Employment Professionals Cincinnati East is hiring a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales & Account Manager/Sales, who will join a full-time sales team with an established manufacturing firm in Mason, OH. This role requires occasional but routine travel to the company facility in Mexico City; the sales candidate MUST have bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
Core Functions
- Complete sales-driven activity according to outlined plan and metrics.
- Communicate with working fluency in both Spanish and English, with appropriate clientele, often communicating with vendor and company partners internationally.
- Formulate and manage new business relationships.
- Product selection/sales based on customer needs.
- Provide estimated prices and transactional conditions for products; understand consumer's demands.
- Control of inventories; maintain stock levels and coordinate with companies around the globe.
Requirements
- Working fluency in Spanish and English.
- Must possess the ability to work in large multi-cultural work place setting.
- Present progress reports to superiors and suggestions on responsible operations.
- Perform special duties as assigned by management.
- Ability to grasp and/or have working knowledge of IBM's AS400.
- Ability to utilize or learn Cal-Soft system
- Ability to understand the process of modern manufacturing.
- Proficient at Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks while meeting all specified deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Should have valid/current U.S. Passport, and meet requirements for international travel (to/from Mexico City, Mexico as needed)
Shift: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Salary Range: $48-$55k, Based on Experience
