Direct Hire | $55,000 - $70,000, based on experience and capabilities. End-of-year bonus based on performance metrics.
Express Employment Professionals Cincinnati East is hiring to fulfill a Project Manager for a commercial construction firm based out of Batavia, OH.
Job Description:
PM’s report to Production Manager in the Residential Construction Division. Responsibilities include:
- managing Field Crews
- maintaining project schedule & budget
- communicating with customers
- coordinating material deliveries and subcontractor schedules and performance
- troubleshooting and punch-list for job close-out
- monitoring company vehicles and equipment for proper use and daily preventive maintenance

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction management (will consider less experience for quality candidate)
- familiarity with Microsoft Office applications

- clean driving record
- passed drug screen and background check
- Military service a plus
Salary: $55-$70k, based on experience and qualifications
