Tax Office Administrative Assistant | Anderson Township, OH
1st Shift | $50-65k+, BOE
Express Employment Professionals Cincinnati East is now hiring a Front Office/Administrative Assistant for a tax firm located in Anderson Township, OH. This is a full time role requiring basic knowledge of taxes, tax preparation, and tax filing.
Core Functions:
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Monitor and manage incoming emails, messages, mail, and correspondances.
- Greet and assist guests and clients.
- Answer basic questions regarding tax guidelines, processes, and deadlines.
- Navigate electronic files, computer functions, and electronic/virtual communications with team members, supervisors, or clientele as needed.
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent.
- 2+ years experience in a professional office/administrative support environment and role.
- Basic understanding of tax preparation and tax guidelines.
- Working fluency with Microsoft Office products, internet and electronic records navigation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Clear and professional communication skills: written, verbal and face to face.
Shift & Schedule:
Shift: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Pay: $50-65k+ annualized, based on experience
