Insurance Customer Service Representative | Loveland, OH
1st Shift | $20+/hr
Express Employment Professionals Cincinnati East is partnering with a local State Farm Insurance independent agent to fulfill a Customer Service opening. This is a role designed for an customer-focused individual with Property & Casualty licensure.
Core Duties:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Requirements
- Property & Casualty (P&C) licensure
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- People-oriented
- Detail oriented
- Proactive in problem solving
- Able to learn computer functions
- Ability to work in a team environment
Shift: 1st shift hours, Monday-Friday
Pay: $20+/hour, based on experience
