Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to provide technical and logistical support during the quoting process
- Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing, ordering, and tracking project materials
- Assist with project scheduling and coordinate with operations to meet deadlines
- Support permitting processes with accurate documentation and follow-up
- Maintain detailed records of project tasks and updates
- Communicate project status clearly with internal teams and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, PDFs, and email systems
- Strong math and measurement skills
- Ability to analyze data and identify efficient solutions
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong time management and ability to prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Compensation
$23+/hr (Based on Experience, Benefit Package Available)
Schedule
Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm (Flexible 40-hour work week)
