Primary Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery during production
- Perform routine machine adjustments and minor mechanical repairs
- Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Load materials and inspect finished products for quality standards
- Perform preventative maintenance and basic mechanical service tasks
- Maintain production records and communicate equipment concerns to supervisors
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and production guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Previous machine operator or mechanical experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to use basic hand tools and perform minor repairs
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Compensation: $18–$20/hr (Benefit Package Available)
