CNC Operator – $25–$35/hr
Located in Lebanon, OH
$25.00–$35.00/hr (Based on Experience) | 1st and 2nd Shifts

Primary Responsibilities
• Set up, adjust, and operate CNC production equipment including waterjet, Haas gantry mills, plasma machines, and CNC vertical mills
• Process parts accurately using blueprints, work instructions, and verbal specifications
• Perform tool changes, adjust offsets, and maintain cutting tools for optimal performance
• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure parts meet specifications and tolerances
• Use precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and indicators (inch and metric)
• Monitor machine operations, identify malfunctions, and make necessary adjustments
• Maintain and edit CNC programs for process optimization and performance improvements
• Operate multiple machines simultaneously when production allows
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes as needed
Required Qualifications
• Previous CNC machining or CNC operator experience required
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and machining specifications
• Experience using precision measuring tools
• Basic CNC G & M code knowledge preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
• High school diploma or equivalent required (technical school preferred)
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Compensation: $25–$35/hr (Based on Experience, Benefit Package Available)
