Primary Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC hydraulic press brake machines to bend and form metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
• Select appropriate tooling and dies based on material type and thickness
• Verify part dimensions and quality using precision measuring instruments
• Adjust machine settings to maintain quality, consistency, and production efficiency
• Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules and deadlines
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of press brake operation experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Experience operating CNC press brake equipment required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and materials
• Basic math skills, including measurements and angle calculations
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure (testing required)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles preferred

Compensation: $23–$25/hr (Benefit Package Available)

Schedule

• 1st Shift | Monday–Friday
• 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday
• 3rd Shift | Sunday–Thursday
