Express Employment Professionals is hiring an experienced Equipment Operator for a recycling and material processing facility in Batavia. This is a full-time position, 1st Shift, for someone comfortable operating multiple types of heavy equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment.

What You'll Do
- Operate forklifts, loaders, and other large material-processing equipment
- Sort, move, and process recyclable materials throughout the facility
- Load and unload materials and support daily production needs
- Perform equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
What We're Looking For
- Previous heavy equipment or industrial equipment operating experience required
- Experience operating multiple types of machinery strongly preferred
- Manufacturing, recycling, material handling, or similar industrial experience
- Strong safety awareness and ability to work in a physical environment
- Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime
Pay: $22–$30/hr, based on experience
Schedule: 1st Shift, 7:00am–5:00pm, Full-Time + Overtime
